Cooking class with Pilar Cabrerra from La Olla. The class started with a tour of the market. We quickly are back to the kitchen and working. The menu for the day was as follows:Flores de calabaza rellenas de requeson

The experience and food was fabulous not to mention the wine.
Soledad Church in the evening - there is a statue of Mary in this church that wears a crown of real diamonds.
Pizza Nostrana (Worst Italian mean I have ever had)
